Arriving in a new place, it can be difficult to get your bearings.

Unless you are coming in on a Nagano Snow Shuttle Bus late at night, or using the shared taxi service, you'll be arriving at with Hakuba Station (pictured above), or Happo Bus Terminal (pictured below).

Hakuba Station

If arriving on the train at Hakuba Station, walk out to the taxi stand and look to your left. Find the Bamboo Coffee bar, and go in and order a coffee and get them to give us a call. By the time you have finished your coffee we will be there to pick you up.

If you are arriving on the bus from Nagano or Tokyo, do not get off at Hakuba Station. Go one more stop on to the Happo Information Center (also called Happo Bus Terminal)

Happo Information Center

Happo Information Center (Happo Bus Terminal), is the main bus hub in Hakuba. It has a large warm waiting room, and a number of English speaking staff on duty who are more than happy to help you out.

On arrival, head to the counter inside the terminal and ask one of the staff to call us. We'll be there within a few minutes.
